Restaurant inquiry

Our underwater café has brought up a lot of questions about how restaurants work and who works there. We've learned that specific people (e.g. waiters, chefs, sous-chefs, pastry chefs, managers) have specific jobs ans use some common language (e.g. greeting costumers, ordering). Yesterday, we came up with a few wonderings we could ask the St-George resident restaurant owner, John Hatoum at John's dinner. We walk over this morning to investigate. Needless to say, the kids were fascinated and had tons of fun!
