Fairness

This month we were supposed to focus on the Gospel value of Justice. However, justice proved to be a rather lofty concept so we narrowed to the idea of Fairness. Over the last few weeks we brainstormed what fairness looks, sounds and feels like. Today, we read the Dr. Seuss classic, Yertle the Turtle. We noticed that Yertle wasn't demonstrating the gospel value of fairness. We talked about how he could be a more just and fair ruler.
